- The swimming baths. Dunno what its like anymore. I used to go every day after school but that was a very long time ago over 10- 15 years
- Meriden Park, has a football pitch
- Loads and loads of sporting activities in Chelmsley Wood. Football being the main one. There are lots of Sunday League teams for the under 7's up to over age. There is also basketball nets scattered around the wood. Playing fields, well, what can i say, there are plenty. Bluebell Park, Chelmsley Park, Kingshurst Park, Babbs Mill, plus more. Sports centre on chelmsley is a little overpriced but has excellent facilities, indoor/outdoor. Lots of karate, judo classes in place. Look for the schools and community centres, thats where they are held.
