Favourite Building
- the cement factory
- hidis shed
- St Andrew's Church. The Surgery in Station Road actually won some architecture prize I believe, and is quite funky for 1960s design. I also like The Bird in Hand, Cromwell Cottage and Chairmakers in the High Street, and "Miss Neighbour's old house" but don't ask me what it's called.
- Cement Works - An ugly hole to any new residents or passers by. But you can see it from 20 miles away and as far as I'm concerned it's our 'eiffel tower' and it's been there longer than I have.
