- South Lane Meadow for dog walking and meeting people. If you have a dog and like people this is THE place to go, there is always someone friendly to chat with and find common ground. AND you and your pets get excercised and some fresh air!

- The bus service. The South Lane Meadow and how it used to be. The countryside very nearby. Butser Hill and its 30mph on-a-bike slope. Old Clanfield. The Rising Sun. Chris's newsagents.

- The 3 horse stables ,bridle path ,pubs ,shops ,church ,school ,3 parks ,walks and the Clanfield carnival.
- The Butchers !!! It serve a huge variety of excellent meat, pies and bread and you can catch up with all the gossip in there. Also the Guys in there are gorgeous.
- Potentially perfect rural location, ideal for mountain biking! The potential is spoilt by the changes that have happend over the past few years
