The place to go for a lazy afternoon, pub quiz or last call

You can tell us more about Clevedon.

Pubs
  • ViBe Nighclub @ The Hand Stadium, Davis Lane, Clevedon the only Niteclub in the area 11.00 till 3.00am Every Saturday Nite. Free shuttle Buses from Local Pubs at Closing time.
  • Just have to set the record straight on the Salthouse pub, yes it used to be bad but that was a long time ago. Went there for Sunday lunch a few weeks ago, the food was fantastic, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
  • clevedon pubs are the opnly way forward!!!
  • The Harp, Salthouse and The Bristol. Owner of the Bristol is very friendly.
  • They're very fresh faced in Campbells Landing. Such a shame it's turning in to The Waggon on the hill.
  • The Salthouse Clevedon Avoid Poor food bad service in fact shoddy. Had a bad greasy meal at The Salthouse recently. Was on a table of six. Placed an order and 50 minutes later 2 meals came. Then 4 more ten minutes later. When we tried to complain (in a queue behind A LOT of others), we were forced to wait 45 minutes to see the manager, and when we did were agressively abused. "Avoid The Salthouse pub in clevedon".
  • The Moon and Sixpence is by far the best pub in Clevedon. Run by James and Justin - two of the cheekiest chappies you'll ever meet. The food is amazing, especially roasts on a sunday - and it is great value. Pub Quiz Night on a Monday is a great crowd puller with fun for all ages - If you buy the Quiz Master a drink or two he tends to give a few answers out! There is a guy in there all the time called Jeff who is a Canadian who has settled in Clevedon have a chat with him and I'm sure he'll buy you a drink. So come on down the price is right.
  • Ooh... The newely done up Clocktower has closed.
  • Check out the newly-done-up Clock Tower. Also the Regent on hill road does some decent wines, but they could chill it better.
  • Ahh, gotta be the Bristol and the Bi-monthly appearence of the Wurzels
  • The Bristol is the only decent pub in Clevedon! Man, "The Wurzels" play regular live gigs there!
  • The Bristol is the place to go and basically the only place to go. the pier is ok too but you only go there to then go down to blitz. the Cambells landing is full of young looking slappers
  • 'The Old Bristol' is the best pub in Clevedon!
  • The bristol clevedon is the best pub in cleveon and the surounding area
  • I cannot believe nobody has mentioned 'The Bristol' as this is surely the best pub in Clevedon. It is a big place, and last time I was there, had been newly refurbished. Is always absolutely rammed with people you haven't seen since the comp, and is best on Christmas Eve when opportunities for snogs with old school chums are plentiful.
  • The GRAPEVINE is an 80's revival wine bar. It attracts a very select group of people. Alchoholics! They drink all the sh*te that is produced there without realising what it actually tastes like!
  • The Grapevine - possibly the tackyest 80's revival wine bar available.
  • The only real pub in or near Clevedon is the Blue Flame out on the moor road to Nailsea, all others have been commercialized and ruined... perhaps with the exception of the Wagon & Horses which hasn't yet been knocked about and turned into a quasi-club with a single huge impersonal room and loads of trashy trinkets on the walls.....
  • Campbell's Landing, Little Harp, and Moon & Sixpense. All located on the seafront.
