- About Clitheroe is that it ISN'T in Greater Manchester... it's in the Ribble Valley OR Lancashire but DEFINITELY NOT Greater Manchester
- The castle, in summer it's such a nice place to go and play (no matter how old you are), the emporium, pure (best shop ever), edisford river
- The Skaters in Clitheroe
- Ribble Valley
Pendle Hill - witch country
Kemple Hill and Waddington Fell
Scenic villages such as Waddington,Downham Pendleton and Whalley all with excellent country pub eating establishments
- its a friendly place (most of the time), the locals are generally really cheerful and stuff
- The friendliness and courtesy of the shopkeepers and store assistants. The fact that some shops which have been in the same family for years are still managing to survive which means lots of individuality. The whole ambience of the town which hasn't changed much in the last 50 years.
