- Jiggy, brilliant. Great tunes, really good musicians especially the fiddle player, claire macrory, and the base player looks cool. They've got a cd out now called celtication. You can order it from their myspace/jiggynight
- Fabulous amazing Celtic Rock band "Jiggy". Four piece with violin guitars drums and bass and cracking arrangements of traditional and contemporary songs. Not to mention the comedy factors.
The lovely Karen Watts is half of Simply Acoustic. The best female vocalist i've ever heard.
The Inspired, contemporary music often play at The Engine in Coalville.
Slipstream - Bubbly lively sound of Emily and the Team with 60's, 70's 80's 90's and Now
Rich King, brilliant songwriter and vocalist. In a number of bands, the Indie Pendants, Halcyon, Pigeon Toed Orange Peel, as well as doing solo work.
- 8 Score Draws, a trio of 16/17 year olds
Beat nine other bands in the Coalville 'Music in the Park' annual do - smashing sound, just starting to get round the local scene.
