• The Alma is banging because richard and john do no work and just get hammered so everyone can do what they want in there! But neil Unwin is an arse and has no sense of fun
• Pubs are great. THe drunk bald man who calls me gorgeous at the castle club every saturday is great thankyou baldy!
• In the "town" centre - The Alma (recently re-furbished. big screen for footie. small beer garden out the back), The Eagle & Child (a pub of two halves, loud 80's, 90's, current music in the front & jukebox, pool table, "coffeeshop" type smells in the back), The Fox (recently refurbished. haven't been in there in years so i can't really comment. they have table dancers apparently) The Castle Club WMC (have to slip the doorman 20p or so to get in. Cheap beer. Most of Conisbrough congregate here on a weekend. The worst "turns" you've ever heard.) If you want to venture further, on Sheffield Road (A630) is The Star (beer garden & pool table), The Red Lion (cheap "Sam Smiths" beer and spirits. quiet pub full of regulars), The Venue (full of very youthful looking types. sticky floors due to excessive spillages. guaranteed police riot van attendance every weekend evening. Approach with extreme caution.) Or just up t'hill (Old Road) The Lord Conyers (the starting point for people on the Cuni pub crawl who live in that area of the town, known as Conanby. There are shedloads of other pubs but unless you live next door to them then you're unlikely to want to frequent them. No one else does!
• THE FOX IS DONE UP REALLY NICELY AND TRENDY. ITS A GREAT PLACE 2 END UP ON AFTER A NIGHT OUT. SHAME ABOUT THE BAR STAFF THOUGH! THERES NOT ONE ATTRACTIVE, PLEASENT BARMAID! GOOD ATMOSPHERE WHEN FULL THOUGH, AND NOT TO EXPENSIVE!
• THE FOX IS OK NOW ITS BEEN DONE UP AND ITS NOT LIKE A YOUTH CLUB!
• Eagle is good with damo and the new dj paul.
• ALL OVER THE PLACE THAST WHAT GOOD THING U CAN HAVEA RIGHT PUB CRAWL!!!
• cunny is not a bad night out if you no people the best place to start off is at the conkers(conyers) and then work your way down to the alma thats if your a sad git cos it is crap so keep going down the hill to the eagle and child were you have the local dj damo one of the best djs around were he plays all the top music for all ages after you have finished there make your way down to the castle club (cheep) ha ha ha and then down to the star and then on to the venue is not that bad ya get the odd arse hole in but you can get that any were and at least if ya live local you can crawl home like i do nealy every weekend

• EAGLE is good for the music and atmosphere with the breakdancing dj damian, CASTLE CLUB is good for cheap beer and a laugh at the turns, STAR isn't bad but the dj is very dodgy!!
• the alam is ok and cromwells is ok but unwin likes to have a drink and he is ok with the lads

• "Star" hotel all my life have been going in here,still come back 4 times a year ,what a great place it is now with its viranda and giant t,v in the beer garden never seen it better fantastic,job welldone landlord.
• The best by far in Cuni is the Eagle and Child. there is good music supplied by Prendi and Si, not bad beer and the best place to go and have a pint and a Biffter with your mates without getting busted by the bobbies.
