  • When God was handing out architectural talent, he overlooked the fool who designed Corby. It is without a shadow of a doubt, the ugliest place on Earth. Again, if you want to see anything of any beauty, you have to go elsewhere. For example, they made a half arsed attempt to make the town centre more attractive, so they put up a nex sign on the front of the multi storey car park. The car park is still ugly. They also planned to make the main shopping area kind of indoorsy, by putting a roof over it all. They got half way through the job, when the fire department pointed out that if any of the flats above the roof caught fire, the whole town centre would be burnt to a crisp. If only the fire department had kept schtum, we could have got rid of half of Corby and hopefully a few of the arseholes who inhabit it.
  • The Library, but only cos it has books in and you can escape into a fantasy world. Even that's not as good as it used to be since the old one burned down.
  • ESCAPE AND CTC
  • POPE (DOPE) JOHN SCHOOL IT IS A LAND MARK!!!!!!!!!!
  • Steel works tower before it was demolished
  • the empties
  • the fountain next to boots,i used to get thrown in there at least four times a week,it was brilliant on a hot day7
  • open hearth
  • Grosvenor House, the only thing close to a skyscraper in Corby except them buildings by the bus station.
  • tennis domes
  • The Steelworks. Signifies the town's existence.
  • that little grassed area that used to be the council offices, a vast improvment
  • Safeway, my saviour in times of cashpoint need. But now some stupid little bstarts went and burnt it down. How would they like it if we burnt their house out? Mind you if they're from the Lincoln somebody probably beat me to it.
  • the beautiful town centre as a whole has my heart
  • Police Station, offers some light relief . The only good people in Corby. Bus station, I know its a hellhole( WELCOME TO HELL) as someone writ, but I dont drive, so the bus station and death are my only ways out of Corby.
  • The Piles of turds on the football fields of Danesholme and Kinswood
  • Tresham College - spent a lot of good times there
  • I myself as a graduate of urban design, cambridge, must say that the post neoclyptic design of Corby´s shopping centre is an absolute joy to behold.I believe with such great architecture Corby can continue to play the role of the jewel in Northamptonshires crown well into the next centuary
  • Me favourite building is the Grampion club!!!! its the best!!!
  • dole office aka house of plenty
  • THER ISNT ANY
  • The former Boys Club, built in 1905 by James Pain as his home called corby House the entrance used to be from Oakley rd where the grammer school was.It was sold to Stewart and Lloyds in 1937.
