- the best bands in countesthorpe will be the displacements and some of the college band although there are some ok bands at leysland
- Little girls with braces on their teeth?! Excuse me. Countesthorpe College actually has two very good choirs and if you're into classical music they do a concert about every 3 months at various venues. As for more up to date stuff, a couple of the local bands aren't that bad either. (And no, I'm not in any of them) They play at different venues in Leicester, including Countesthorpe College.
The village hall attracts some nice bands, I went to a really good folk gig there once.
- You'd be lucky! Not unless you want to go to a recital at one of the schools and listen to twenty girls with braces on their teeth, plasters on their knees, and checked dresses playing Lord of the Dance, badly, on recorders...the choice is yours
