- Ginas chip shop has the most door faced moans I have ever seen working in a chippy. The auld woman who is there who probably is gina stares at you when you play the bandit like you were stealing from her.
- prifullies min cheap and greasy
- La Ducal is good for a very decent meal like pizza and other Italian/Spanish food.
- La Ducal, good food for a good price. Waitresses are stunners!
- golden grills 12 inch calzone extra cheese is a must have
- There's a quite gourmet orientated restaurant at the top of Kelty by the motorway slips.. called 'The Butterchurn' I think... It's got to be the only half serious restaurant for many many miles.
- Just get some chips, or a burger or a Pizza or whatever, likes. It's all six and half a dozen... there's some kinda chippie or Chinese about every ten feet along the road... all that sorta food will give you horrible indigestion when you get a bit older... so enjoy it now while you can.

- Mossmoran hotel does a good curry, friendly and quigk service.
