I am writing to inform you that we are organising a big firework display on Saturday 3rd November 2001 in Crawley. The event will start at 6.30pm and finish at 10.00pm. There will be a lot of entertainment and lot of fairground rides.
We have structured the entrance fee so anybody attending will not have to spend a lot of money on the rides. You can pay one price and ride on all rides free all night.
We are offering a certain number of tickets in advance of the night this will have an added benefit as well. If anybody pre-books tickets they can gain entry to the site at 5.30 pm, which will give them an extra hour on the rides before the gates open officially to the public at 6.00pm.
As a company you can benefit from not only pre-booking, but as the official advertising does not start until Friday this week, you will be guaranteed advance tickets and even better you will get a discount for group bookings.
If you want to treat your staff or some of your valued customers please reply to this email, or call the bookings hotline for single tickets or group sales for your discounted tickets.
