Musical Instrument Shops and DJ Gear
- DISCO EQUIPMENT HIRE IN CRAWLEY 0843 289 5434
- guitar shop near a porn shop near the train crossing near the pub
- bedrock on the high street for rock, west green parade for sheet music and northgate parade for keyboards, guitars etc
- The Music Company has a great selection of guitars, drums and everythign else you might need, whether you be into Metal andRock all the way to classical instruments such as the Violin or the Flute! They are about 5 minutes walk from the town centre, located in the middle of a little shopping parade (the address is 13 The Parade).
- Hobgoblin in Northgate Parade.
- Hobgoblin
- go to northgate shops
- Bedrock Music in Crawley High Street - these guys are the best. I recently ordered a bass via a mail order company for my son's b/day. The mail order people let me down and I had 2 days to get the bass. I must have phoned about 20 other music stores and they couldn't be bothered. Bedrock were the only people interested in helping me - they didn't have the bass in stock but they got me one in time for my son's b/day and their service was superb. Nice people to deal with. Thanks. (PS. Don't ever consider buying stuff like this mail order - I've learnt a valuable lesson !!)
- Bedrock Music by the level crossing is a great store, very helpful and friendly staff. Not the cheapest but they will do you a good deal if u ask.
- Hobgoblin - Northgate
- For the guy asking if Crawley's residents really are that dumb: you have no idea my friend.I don't think I've ever encountered more inbred lunacy anywhere, and I've been to the deep south of the U.S.A. For the rest of you (and I can speak with authority here knowing what rude, monosyllabic morons musicians are) if you go give shop staff attitude you're likely to get it back. Fuckwits not worthy of these people's time the lot of you!
- There's several shops. One's the music compnay in Tilgate and the other is Hobgoblin music which sells lutes and other classical instruments.
- We have a music shop, its tiny and it isnt near the town centre so it doesnt get noticed! i go to brighton!
- West Green Parade.... Ackermans
- The Music Shop on Brighton Road near the High Street is v.v.good for for right handed guitarists. Me being a lefty and therefore infinitely superior to 99% of the guitarists out there that can only afford crappy Encores I prefer to shop in London or Brighton for my gadgets
- Steve Frith has closed the shop in three bridges.
the music co in northgate sells rock stuff, hobgoblins in northgate sells folk stuff, bedrock sells rock stuff, theres a new one opening in west green parade.
- Bedrock
- That shop at Northgate parade, Music Co is it ? Music Cunts more like. All the staff are miserable wankers especially the owner. There is another shop there that sells folk shit and they all have beards. The Flintstones one by the crossing on the high street is best by far.
- Bedrock music is by the level crossing - great store.
- BEDROCK BEDROCK BEDROCK by the level crossing on the high street. Forget the rest in town, this is the only place worth considering. Best range of gear and by far the best staff.
- bed rock
- the one in northgate is amzing
- ballfrogs in East Grinstead
- Bedrock hands down
- There are apparently loads of these in Crawley but the only two that I know of are both on Northgate Parade, visit both of them cos my mate says that one is loads better than the other.
- Northgate parade nd da lil hippy place nxt 2 Three Bridges parade.
- A little guitar shop, sumwhere near-ish the train station, cn't remember!
- hey mate. i would like to know, if there is any place in crawley where to play with a local band (Punk, HC) whatever. I live here since 3 months ago, and i would like to do something with my bass. im getting boured.
Many Thanks .
- Don't know it's name but the guitar makers in three bridges,Bless Shelly who works there she's lovely.
- One, BedRock, near Station Way and The Railway pub.
- The Guitar Makers Shop Is Good. It's down Gales drive.
- I bought a drum kit from BedRock, that's the only one I can think of in Crawley!
- Great if your into folk music or country and western. Forget it if you're a bangin' garage bad boy wanna be, you'll find a Casio keyboard in the 2nd hand section - if you're lucky. NO samplers, no sound modules - just strings and drums. Great.
- only one in Northgate? are Crawleyites really that fucking dumb? There are actually 2 in Northgate, both within doors of each other in same precinct. And there is the one at the beginning of the High Street, just after the level-crossing.
- There is a Music shop called "Bedrock" in the town centre, near the level crossing and they do a range of guitars, basses, drum kits and other assorted products (new and 2nd hand). In northgate there is two shops, one is called "The Musical Exchange" (i think, sorry if its wrong) and again they do a range of products (new and 2nd hand) the other shop is called "Hobbgoblin" and they do a range of folk music instruments. And there is a Guitar specialists shop in Three bridges.the owner makes custom guitars and has teaching classes i think...
- Hobgoblin, Nrthgate-Folk Shop, good for acoustic guitars
Bedrock, Town Centre (near enough)-The best for electric guitar equipment in the town but the sales stuff can be a bit pushy and watch out for overcharging compared to other stores.
Music Company, Northgate-Not as much variety for electric guitar gear as Bedrock but definitly one of the best due to the firendly staff.
- Crawley has The Music Company in Northgate and Hobgoblin Music. I've never found the staff in The Music Company to be very approachable. If you're a virtuoso, you're welcome, if you're not, don't bother. Hobgoblin is cool for lots of folk stuff and even if you don't like a wall full of bagpipes you'll feel at home here. Bedrock Music in town is quite good - I prefer it to The Music Company, but the owner looks miserable and with their extortionate prices I'm wondering when they're going under.
- Urrr..The one down the high street, with the drop dead gorgous guitars in the window...and is their still that one down church walk??????
- northgate parade
- BEDDRRRROOOCK!
- only 2 guitar shops, Shame really.....
there's BedRock, and "the music shop" bedrocks o.k its near the rocket"Furkin" pub
- Hobgoblin at Northgate Parade has a huge selection of instruments
- Only one in Northgate, Hobgoblin.
- Good old Hobgoblin Music is world renowned for its folky stuff. Other places have just come and gone over the years.
- The used to be one on the High Street.
Migh have been developed away.
- Has to be bedrock
- northgate parade and the high street bedrock drums guitars and other
- Hobgoblin music Northgate
