• the best place ive been for food in crewe is rookery wood food was really nice and reasonably priced also my kids were made up they had a play in the wacky warehouse definetly go back again its on weston rd weston
• new.SUBWAY eat in or take away.Very healthy food.Vegetarian also available.Very reasonable price.
• The Passage to India is a top indian. If you like indian then its cracking. Theres also an indian on eddy road which sells phal! Hot? I'll say! 10 pints n one o them, you'll want another 10 to wash it down!

• Les's chippy - apparently voted the best in the country a few years back. Certainly kept me alive throughout my schooldays, idle mothers notwithstanding.
• Try La Casa Bianca on Nantwich Road. Much better choice and food quality than Giovanis.
• The Plaice (Adelaide St/West St.) do great meal deals for Fish n Chips, Kebabs, etc.. Great prices (About £2-50 for a big portion). Kismet Tandoori (West St) for best Indian meals. Golden Gate (upper Broad Street) is the best Chinese. Les's Fish Bar in Town Center wins awards regularly for Fish n Chips.
• Peach Garden the best chinese takeaway there is!!
• Tikos in Crewe town centre will fill a gap if you're feeling peckish. However, by far the nicest chippy/restaurant in Crewe is Les's Fish Bar on Victoria Street. I believe it won an award for being the best chippy in the UK, or something like that. The staff are really friendly and it's nice and clean inside. The meals are always nice. Never had a bad meal in there and we have been going in there for about 15 years. Chatwins coffee rooms in Victoria Street are okay if you just fancy a sandwich or a cream cake.
• Crewe is not a culinary hot spot. But Harvey's on Nantwich Road serves the best darn baguettes in town. Their breakfast supersub is the stuff that legends are made of - and even has black pudding in it, as you'd expect of a good, honest, northern town. Lad.
• Is 'Top Taste' on West Street still trading? I do hope so, never have the germs of so few been consummed by so many!
• £5000 to anyone who can find a selection of vegetarian food.
• Giovanies Nantwich Rd doubled in size Nantwich Rd loads of takeaways Chinese Indian persian Kentucky Fried take your pick
