- the rooms 2 is under construction and as the boys, we check this joint out all the time just to make sure its goin well. there's no other place, but a few bars put on live dizzle, but the rooms 2 will pure blow u away know worram sayin?
- The Crosby Hotel on Liverpool Road Crosby has been taken over by new management and now features Live Music and Comedy Nights as regular events. Well worth a visit to check out forth coming acts/ events.
- La Barbacoa now called Barbacoa, is actually on MerseyView and not Oxford road, it has never ever been called the barber???? It's nickname is The Barbie! Live bands play every Tuesday & Friday and the bands are the best in the area. Refurbished last year 2003, the place is the trendiest in Crosby & Waterloo with aircon, restaurant, lounge bar and function room which has the live music. Large bands which can not fit in the small places play there from 8 piece Santana tributes to Pink Floyd tributes and 8 piece soul bands!
- stamps is relaxed and nice of a week night, good atmosphere and staff and food! stay away on weekends though.

- Karaoke is dead popular in crosby/waterloo. try Tiny at the Ferndale Lodge (next to the cinema) Sunday 8 - 11pm. or wednesdays in the Alex, South road. Or Lee's at the Alhambra Spanish Restaurant, South Road.(Sunday, 10.30.pm. until very late!) Live music at Touch Wood. just off South Road.
- Stamps is the new cool place for live music wih the regular apperance of a great band called 'The Tones'
- La Barbacoa is about the only place in Crosby with LIVE bands
