Clothes Shops, Shoe Shops, Fashion and Bargains

  • Any charity shop in or around crouch end or the mind shop in stroud green
  • Roda on Park Road is good if you need to get something locally. The old lady who owns it is very friendly and if you umm and ahh for a bit she will give you a 25% discount so you buy something.. Maybe thats just me!?
  • too many and only for those one want a boho skirt in a size 6....
  • Betnic has trendy clothes and accessories, Rhoda is great for reasonably priced trendy clothes and bags,Fashion Tokyo for cheap stuff, Leila, Me Me is a new boutique, Scarecrow is wonderful and eclectic, Mirror mirror for the bride, the new tailor on park road for the men. Woolies and Soup Dragon, Minikins are shops for the babies and toddler's clothes.
  • Cult Clothing is good for men, Broadway always has something nice for women. Neither are too pricey. Powder is NOT a good development for Crouch End. If we wanted to live in Islington we'd have moved there in the first place, know what I mean?
  • under grace has good levis, tops etc
  • many. just look along park road and the broadway
  • Scarecrow is a gorgeous shop on Park Road - a bit like Aladins cave. Baby clothes, handbags, shoes and jewelery etc. The staff are so friendly.
  • against the grain the owner has a shop by the same name in lanaka cyprus yes i would love to know the e mail address to both her shops as at the moment it keeps bouncing back to me the aol postmaster is geting verry lazy these days
  • Crouch End is getting a bit too commercialised.. or anything special you might have to head down central
  • Leila on Topsfield Parade. Delicious girly shop - frilly frocks and gorgeous jewels.
  • Against The Grain is truly fantastic, if a little pricey. The staff are wonderful, efficient and personable which makes parting with a large amount of cash much more pleasurable!
  • Roxanne in Stroud Green Road on the way to Finsbury Park tube does loads of French Connection and Nicole Farhi seconds...
  • Broadway is great for officey clothes. The new Kage on Crouch End Hill is good, but the clothes are too small for normal women.
  • Too many charity shops - not enough decent clothing shops
  • Since the demise of the excellent "Rivers" young men of discerning dress sense have had to rely upon the the "Cult" shop on Middle Lane for their fineries. In amongst a seething mass of Rave t-shirts and Levi's are several pieces of seriously neat clobber. The whole range of French Connection shirts is excellent, and the chaps have been know to part with a reasonable discount for regulars.
