- I used to be a local character, for my part in the Famous Pantomime a few years ago...a man of many parts...non of them his own? Frank A
- Jamie Yarde from Taunton can often be found in Croyde - he doesn't realise this is a local beach for local surfers, we'll have no trouble here!!!
- You will see famous surfers from time to time. Some are very decent people ie Richard Carter some are good candidates for Euthanasia
