My husband and I were looking for a place we could relax and enjoy it... Then I saw Dartmouth Castle and I immediately said that place was beautiful. Coming from a place that is surrounded by beaches and coast I was missing being near to the coast... Then we spent the weekend in there. We went to a chinese restaurant (Tsang's Restaurant), the only one in the city and for our surprise we could not have a meal in there and guess why? Because we have a 10 months baby daughter and the lady in the entrance was really clear saying to us: we do not allow children in here... But she wasn't any kind or even didn't try to smile at us. Being a brazilian citizen I felt for the first time in my life having my right denied... And I felt really upset and angry as well. Because we also have chinese restaurants in my country and good places. Moreover I always saw families with children having meals in there. I found out that fact horrible and made think if all England is like that? Or maybe it's just a case in Dartmouth. On the other hand I would like to thank "Capritia Guest House" for being so nice and receptive with us. Really nice Guest House" with good accomodation and breakfast. I hope other families with children as us don't have the experience I had... Better to choose "The New Angel"... Good food, nice place and good time!
