The Stuff We Can't Fit In Somewhere Else
- Daventry boasts the highest number of round abouts in the world, far outstripping Milton Keynes size for size. The weekly ho downs at the fish ponds. The nightly youth club found on most corners in bubble world. The highest taxi/person ratio possible. Farmer Bobs new army, hence the lack of police in the area after dark (amazing how much damage can be done with a hoe!)

- Our beloved police station
Daventry is a growing community and fast becomming large town,In its wisdom,Northamptonshire powers that be have seen fit to close the police station in the evenings.I would assume this is as a result of thinking that we do not need a police presence in Daventry after dark.
All police matters are dealt with from Northampton,12 miles away.
Obviously their thinking must be correct and we must have one of the safest and
crime free towns in the UK
- Why was Daventry created with so many rural attributes we would like some real people, people who won't tolerate standing in queues, or everything being owned by Farmer Bob, bring in some people with character lets liven up Dysentry NOW NOW NOW!!!
