- The old mill. Brunswick place. This lovely old building can be seen on the front of most postcards. It has a huge water wheel on the side that is partly restored thanks to a local charity and needs the funds to bring the water wheel back to its full glory! Pop in and drop a penny in the well and have a lovely cream tea in the tea room.
- The manor now council offices but worth a look nice grounds
- The Old Dawlish Brewery over 3 hundred years old. (matbe Haunted)
- The Happy Hut on the Lawn

- The Railway Station, as it's the best way out of here.

- The Railway station.
This is excellent for spotting totty on the way to Exeter or Newton Abbot
