Foster Park in Denholme has playing fields and an all weather pitch and a local football team. Denholme also has a cricket club for all ages

- they had a swimming pool and closed it. there is a basket ball pitch and a local football team, denholme afc you have to go to the next village for anything else. if you want to go mountain biking or walking there are loads of footpaths across the moors and at the flapit there is an off road area for scambler bikes. gets very busy
- denholme united football club the reserves are lead by awesome tuffi whose bite is worse than his bark agreat tradition and great friendship is assured when you join this club

- Denholme United, quite a good team. can go swimming at the flags hotel,but its only about 20 fooot long is the pool
