- The Green or Stake park offer those places when your too young to by alcohol, or even the youth centre, it has a free Pool table...
- Out side of the kabab shop and in the market place on friday and satuday nights after the old crown has closed at 2am
- Friday nights are a prime time to catch creme a la youth hanging around the school gates, around the leisure centre or on the benches outside Budgens. Nobody really knows what they are waiting for, maybe waiting for something to happen in this happening of happening towns!
It's always worth a little stroll across the green (grassy areas in front of school) you'll notice a park with swings and the like, again great at the weekends or long summer evenings!!! - bring your Roni Size (brown paper bag) though as most of the town center has a no drinking byelaw which actually makes it an offence to drink my can of panda shandy on the streets!!! when will they learn that laws like this are rather stupid and don't stop young people drinking!!!! they just find "other" ways to amuse themselves,,,..
