  • Well, I'm nearly famous: I was the bass player in Klutz, who did loads of gigs on the SY WMC circuit back in, ooh, about mid-seventies? We were grate, dunno why we never made it.
  • SpringFox Too are an incredible entertaining duo, who sound like a 7 piece band. They play covers in the main, notably Classic Rock n Roll, sixties and their Soul set will "really rock your socks off" If you want to book them they are easily searchable on google, but be quick, they are one of the most popular acts on the UK circuit.

  • Hot Foot Powder, 50-current Rock are ace , also King Bee same thing

  • Beach Buggy a good thrashy rock / indie sound Play locally and in area.
  • Little Baby Cheeses are a new local ska band playing at the Eagle and Child on the 8th of November 2006
  • been to see loads of bands recently, doncaster is thriving currently with new music, one band Big T and the responsabilities blew us away with gorgeous 60@s harmonies very much like the mommas and poopas meets sonic youth, also a great band called sugarcubed, whos catchy lines and ennergetic stage show made for a great evening.
  • "The Neon Plastix"! The greatest band ever created from Doncaster, and now they've realeased a double A-side single called 'Prick Tease'! Its awesome!!! BUY IT NOW form most major record shops!

  • Dopncaster boasts several...actually not bad bands and aspiring indie chart wannabees, notably 'Cardboard Radio' and 'The Carousels'. It's also home to the increasingly infamous one-man name 'The Delivery System'. All three are well worth hearing.
