- Mr Glynn Bush aka Biggabush / Lightinghead. World reknowned dj used to be part of Rockers Hi Fi Playing at the Big Chill again this year with a new album out called studio don, a mixture of latin beats salsa, samba and dub well worth a listen. Also Malcolm Mclaren lived near a pub called the Sun inn about 2 minutes from the town centre i used to see around all the time.

- Christine Ann Rupp - Dorchester born. With her husband Rainer she helped blow every Nato secret to the Russians for 11 years. Her code name was Turquoise, and her husband's was Topaz. At least Dorchester has produced this delicious subversive - must be that chalky water they drink.
