Righty, now lets get some answers here. When you were at woodmill, name two people that were in your English class in 4th year, or, name three people that were in your class at any stage of your time at Lynburn. Do you only know me coz of bro. D or do you "know me" know me? and how sure are you that i`m gonna know you?. Was your house in Inchkeith near the shop nearest to Lynburn Rd, or nearer to Bob Mackies shop? If you see me out and about at Asda or in a pub at the weekend, dont stand next to me and ignore me coz that would be freaky if you posted a message next week saying "did you enjoy youself at the ****** on saturday, by the way your taste in clothes never improved over the years" Ha ha! ... more >>

M had a bit of bother there as well from some local druggies and got a "sair wan" outside Mackies. yip, its good to be away from it but i wouldnt have swopped that up bringing, it sure helps you to be street wise. Oh and thanks to S for helping me out ha ha, cya.

This was all very entertaining to read , lol but what about all the folk who went to woodmill high between 1981-86 ??? I was in 1G5 - 5G5.
Must be getting old but i can't even remember my Reggie Teachers name either getting on a bit or i never made it regestration class, lol all i remember was he was a science (Biology) teacher with dark hair n glasses.
Mr Davidson was Head Rector, Mr Hutchison was Guidance Teacher, Mr Adams was Art Teacher
(I had a crush on him) not sure i should be admitting that, lol. Miss Gilmour for English, Mr Stewart (wee Bochall) Science, Mrs Stweart Music (yep his wife)Dr Frazer Maths, Moore , Watson & Blair P.E Teachers so was Mr Galbraith (was he no about 8 foot tall?)
Anyway enough of that, lol if anyone has any school pics from that Era i would love to see them none on Friends Reunited :-(

Hi again
Yeah I heard that he jumped out the window and was out his face - didn't go for treatment and had his leg amputated - dont know if this is true or not, then i heard recently that he is living rough and is GAY??
So, Who are you or are you like me and don't want to reveal yourself??
Don't know what Barry is up to he used to work at Sky many moons ago but havent see him since, he has a wee girl.
- Re: Kronk
by Robert Kirkwood (Member 10099402) on 18-Mar-2004
Story I heard was that he had a bit of woman trouble and an axe was involved, and no never thought for a moment he was gay and had a respecable job so can't see him sleeping rough kirky
- Re: Kronk
by J (Member 10119382) on 20-Mar-2004
Hi Kirky - I don't think we are talking about the same Honeyman. I went out with him for a short time when i was about 18 years and my pal went out with him before me. He has a younger brother but he lived in Edinburgh with his mum and i am sure he went to a private school.
I would like to think that it is not true about sleeping rough - if he has turned towards men then fair enough, but I have heard more than a few stories through friends from the town. ... more >>

I will most definately know you. We were friends for a good while before I went out with him, which wasn't for long as, I preferred him as a friend, he was good company, always up for a laugh! But did like to dabble - didn't we all in those days eh? Mark Gilchrist got married the other year and is living in New Zealand i think.
- Re: Kronk

Kieran Robertson - Hibby! I know Denise who used to go out with him years ago. The last I heard he went down to london to be a security guard with Ross. I think Ross committed suicide, i think this was a few years ago.

yeh heard that about Kieren and Ross, I had heard Mark was off to NZ he got a big payout from the courts after some dickhead of a bouncer rammed his head into Zo's front door he came away with 150 grand.
Barley sheaf, wonder if ollie and Glens mum still runs it, comet boys! I used to run about there when I was 16 John White, Femming,Belly, Timmy and Nicky frazer, Gary mitchell jason Cowen to name a few

by J (Member 10119382) on 3-Apr-2004
I don't think Glen and Ollie's mum run it now. I used drink there when i was 16/17 with Stobie, Finny, Muller, Whitey, Darren Ellis, carolynne Ransome, Nicky, Joycee, Shaz etc

by Glen (Member 10116868) on 5-Apr-2004
Haven`t looked at this site for a while.Anway, my mum!! still runs the Barley Sheaf,Kieron is not and never has been a hibby and Paul Honeyman jumped out of the window cause his flat mate was giving him grief about the rent, plus he`d been on a bender. That`s what he told me anyway.Haven`t seen him for ages.C`mon, give us your proper names( J & carlos ).Would be good to put a face to those names.
- Re: Kronk
by J (Member 10119382) on 5-Apr-2004
Yes, as I said honeyman jumped out of a window as out his face - didn't know reason behind it. Denise and kieren used to go to Hibby matches as was at college with Denise. Maybe he kept it quiet or maybe Denise was just a Hibby! Have not been to the Barley Sheaf in years so as I said I am not sure if your mum runs the pub or not.

Ha Ha, there's a nice wee blast fae the past - C-BIGS, the "King'' of whom (Robbie) I presume is mr Robbie Aitken?
Still in regular touch with Rob - now doing very well in London, and recently became a faither for the first time ( wee Elliot). See him everytime I'm down there with work. Never changed (which of course is a good thing). Regularly sends me compilation CDS - trying to school me in new sounds. Never did get over the fact I introduced him to the Roses etc, and been trying to outdo me ever since (and failing). He's gettin' married this Summer... should be a few old heads at the stag!

Hey Hey! Ya Bass! Good to see Big Baz MacPherson rattling the keys once again. Bit o' a jet setter then Baz? trips to London and aw that eh!? Lovely wee trip down meemory boulevard with this Kronk banter. My favourtie memory from the Kronk was taking Beasties (sorry Troy Levi Blaize) up on his offer to punch his well toned abs. i did ... and buckled him too. Then he went into Beatie rage mode and wanted to batter me! this also happend one New Year's soiree, when a few choice words led to case of Beatieitis hitting me around the back of the head. Halcyon days! The CSS - oh oh! Red Kickers! I'm in London too, sometimes and over the last few years have been enjoying the sporting skills of a Bermondsey based outfit. Most entertaining. Aw the best Baz! ... more >>

Well, well... a reply at last, and looking thru the Many clues in yer email , and the psuedonym, I'm thinkin' you may well be the big felly fae the Levenmouth area? Nae names, nae packdrill...
If I'm right, where ye been all these years? And how ye doing? I take it the certain Bermondsey based outfit you're following is the infamous Millwall FC? - another reason I suspect this is you "GJ'', as I had heard tales to that effect. Anyhow, let me know what yer up to, and if it's who I think it is, a long overdue catch-up pint is on the cards. The Troy Levi Blaize ref gives it away also. Speak soon, as I really should be getting back to ma work - the bearpit of corporate PR stands still for nae man after aw... ha ha ha.
