- They've flattened most of it already to make a car park for the Traff. I say flatten it all and start a fresh.
- Brook-house.

- St Michaels social club (next to the church) In Peel Green. It looks like a one-storey prefab. Needs knocking Down and turning into something nicer

All Of Brookhouse.
All The streets and flats in Patricroft from cawdor street up to just past the Ellsmere. The Lewis street and Station Road Area is a dump.

- Eccles Shopping Precinct.
Bring back Eccles open market and get rid of the horrible thing we have been given!!
New Eccles Bus Station. The most badly designed bus station ever!!
- The new Morrisons, and most of eccles shopping centre
- The whole of Liverpool Rd.
- Peel House is a damned monstrosity. AND not quite a building but please get those horrible coloured plastic shapes off of the walkway over the M62.....
The stupid spped cushions around the outskirts of Ellesmere Park. They were an afterthought, and should have been 'proper' speeds bumps. All they do now is make drivers aim for the centre of the road to avoid knackering their suspension while the seriously exceed the 20mph speed limit - classic example is Clarendon Crescent.
- The old shops on Liverpool road . boarded up and an eye sore
