- Jay and Munky!! The legends of Edinburgh incarnate! Stoner gods and fighting machines, these guys are the best people to have at your back, and to be calling you friend.
- That mental black fella who walks around teh train station shouting "Edinburgh! Edinburgh? What is Edinburgh?" He's drunk outta his mind, a mate of mine talked to him once and he said he was normal about from being drunk and shouting. He looks dangerous.

- Theres a group of dudes that hang around the royal mile and hunter square, one guy wears a kilt, cowboy boots and old jacket with pink bandana, bucket hat covered in badges and braded beard. what a dude, theres also a drunk called jimmy who was wearing a silver chainsaw mask last time i was there. during festival more peformers than anywhere else
- Whatever happened to the crankies and wee rab.
- Whatever happened to that old queen with the bagpipes and the soltaire T-shirt with the skirt.

there is a big issue man that hangs out either at potterrow or outside tescos on nicolson st with red hair and a very distinctive loud voice, he will often reassure you hes not asking for your life savings - dont buy off him, hes loud and wakes me up. buy off the skinny one in the jumper whose really sweet.

- Edinburgh - the only city in the world where old winos don't ask you for "any spare change" - no, they ask you for any spare FIVERS.
- Street entertainers are a nightmare, especially during the Festival. That guy on the Royal Mile? Guess where you're penny whistles going to be shoved...
- Ohhh, definitely. Especially during the festical. There are sooo many! They get just plain annoying when you've lived in the city all your life. The worst thing is is when the same entertainers come every year, why must they do that????
