Frank Appleford..now you're being MEAN! This can't be the SAME Frank Appleford that volunteers his time for a good cause?
I suppose Alan DOES need a little chat room of his own, ever since the long-toothed KW skateboarders closed the chat room.
Hey..Alan...buddy. Cheer UP,mate. There'll be some wee unsuspecting Huckleberry along soon, whose short pants you can remove slowly...while reading the wee tyke a story from your collection...something along the lines of "Thomas The Tank Engine Gets RAILED". ... more >>

| Start testing for scoliosis in schools petition
|
by Ab Fab (Member 10048437) on 2-Jun-2008
|
10 year old Emma has had surgery for Scoliosis and is now campaigning to raise awareness of the condition and for all children in the UK to have the very simple 'bend forward' test to get an early diagnosis of Scoliosis. She has an online petition at http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/start-testing-for-scoliosis-in-schools.
Emma is aiming for 1000 signatures and currently has just short of 300... I'd like to see this figure go through the roof!!!
This is an issue close to my heart as my son was diagnosed with adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis at 16 and had surgery last november when he was aged 18 and a half.
Many thanks!

I am looking to trace the relatives of the George family.Does anyone know of Caroline George who lived in Northumberland St.She moved with her parents to Australia in 1967 at the age of 18. Her father(Peter) used to work as an NCB Deputy for the Scottish Coal Board. He died in the mid 70's. I believe that Caroline may have been a hairdresser.

What a load of horse-shit. The only people who DON'T work are those pimply-faced,pink-arsed,skate-boarding articles who would rather be on the dole than put in a good day's bloody work.

Frank Appleford...speaking of which. I have just hoovered down two remaining butter tarts, and a few crackers with onion-chive cream cheese. I by-passed the licorice sticks because I need to make room for the chicken pies and Caesar salad tonight, washed down with a cheekly little Chardonnay from the Golden Mile. A before-bed snack will consist of a few cold cuts, some celery sticks, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
maybe a coffee, but we'll see. ... more >>

| Social network and gaming. How to make money!
|
by LeCoach (Member 10169670) on 12-Sep-2007
|
Hello Folks,
This is the very beginning of a great opportunity. The pre-Prelaunch started last weekend - June 9th.
You now have the First Mover Advantage. This business encapsulates three of the most exciting phenomena on the Web: Online Skill Games Entertainment, Social Networking and a MLM payplan. This is not gambling and will be legal worldwide.
The EVO opportunity is not your normal run of the mill online business opportunity.
Evo is about:
1) Building a social networking community - just like "You Tube", "My Space" and instant messengers.
2) Members of the community being able to socially interact
3) Having fun and be entertained on the casual games platform that has been bolted onto the social networking site.
4) People being able to generate a monthly income from the massive growth in both social networking and online casual games.
Like any social networking sites everyone can join for free, and have their social networking tools i.e be able to upload their own profile etc... This will allow us to populate the site and grow the community.
Imagine being part of a community whereby you can challenge your buddy or your team members or people within the community to a game of pool, backgammon, puzzle games etc., or get involved in multi-player challenges, or even get involved in tournaments, whereby thousands are playing in a league system. There will be interaction between people yet at the same time they'll be having fun and being entertained.
You can play for free and develop your skills in a particular game that you like and when you are a master at it you can then challenge people and win cash prizes.
Now for those of you who see the big picture, you can get involved in the business opportunity as well as having fun. You will develop a monthly residual income. The pay plan is so simple yet so powerful that it will enable many who have never suceeded in other programs to achieve success as long as they are actively building their business.
The best thing is, all free members will sign up in someone's affiliate link, which means if they do not join as earners, the affiliated member will make money from the player revenue created by the free community members. It's very clear that the best option is to join as an earning member when the time comes to to so. That will not be until the end of September -- which brings me to the launch phases:
We are in pre-pre-launch phase now, so all of us have the advantage of being the "First Mover".
