Pubs
- The Bluebell is brilliant, your made to feel very welcome and their food and service is second to none, great customer service.It has its characters but this shows its a real place with real people. The Ship Inn quite good,pool table needs moved though.Th big pub on the corner at the square is lovely has lively music for the younger set,great pool tables,but the toilets are a total mess.
- The Round Table pub in the Square serves very good meals at reasonable prices. Worth a visit.
- More pubs than you can shake a stick at, particularly for such a small place.
Sadly Gales (Brewery) has recently closed 'The Milkmans Arms', a small pub with character, but the rest are stillgoing strong. I recommend trying 'The Coal Exchange'; 'The Lord Raglan'; 'The Millpond' and the 'Sussex Brewery' (which in reality is in Southbourne, but so near is worth inclusion).
