Sydney Road by Dave Tapsell (Member 10164757) on 1-Nov-2011
Does anyone have any photographs of the old Victorian houses in Sydney Road in the Town, before they were demolished in the 1960s or '70s to make way for the building of the Gas Board office block. We lived at No. 24, on the east side of Sydney Road, but moved to Winchmore Hill in 1949 — and I'm keen to find any pictures of those old houses.

My email is davetapsell[at]yahoo.co.uk
