the site is now much reduced and filled with new housing, etc (as all space gets to be). I now live in Swanage, Dorset as a youth worker, clubbing and tanking it up left firmly in the past.

memories dim, but I remember being dinner monitor with Gordon (I want a treble treble massive!), Harry (always with the broken specs) and Dave Keytes, my best mate of the time who used to go to Crayford Speedway with me.

Is Erith REALLY crap as some would suggest, or is there still a glimmer of hope?. By the way, the 17 year old who highlighted all the hang outs are much the same as they were for me in the 60's. Is that sad for young people or what?
