- Clayhanger is a kooky lil shop in Gandy street exeter allsorts of gifts and bits and pieces. Kitsch- u- like is also good for a good look around, that is right down the other end of town just before real mcoys opposite thomas moores.
- the real mccoy..so cool for vintage
- Electric Gypsy funky sixties and seventies clothing.
- Cody's is a must for all Hooligan attire - Stone Island, Burberry, Aquascutum, £300 a t-shirt typically.
- node on queen street is a little bit of london in exeter, great fashion brands and some really rare stuff, individual styles and unique designs
- milk is good and node is pretty cool 2, bt they r both brand new so luckily the whole city hasnt jumped on the bandwagon yet
- The Boarding house
- milk. 122 fore street. new shop specializing in skate/graff labels, plus original artwork by local and international graffiti artists
- Real Macoys: off Fore Street-good retro clothing and cool costumes.
- gandy street is a nice little haven for some decent clothes, as is the Real McCoy (in that little arcade off fore street - the gap between presuming ed's and krackers). also firkins has some good stuff!
- The Attic in Bakers Yard - fill a bag for a pound.
- H&M
- ahhhhh where do i start!? all the usual high st ones, plus G2 a brilliant but xpensive surf shop, urban surfer, salt city list goes on and on...H n m has to be my fav tho for cool n cheap stuff hiding amongst the bright orange things
- HM, Monsoon are my favs. I also think Molasses and Urban Africa and Star Child are excellent.
- Salt City
- Blue Banana for punk and goth type stuff, Freespirit for surfy stuff, Real McCoy for hippie stuff. Yay!
- Real McCoys of course...
- my new favourite...the charity shop near the cavern. The Real McCoy is getting over-run by townie adolescents and is just not as great as it used to be.
- The Real McCoy but it's getting popular with the townie kids- must discourage them
- Willy's on Gandy Street if you want to go up market/ designer. For cheap, second hand and vintage clothes try the Real McCoy on Fore Street, otherwise usual high street chains!
- The Real McCoy. -Ace flares
- Great clothes shops! In the High Street your regular 'Gap' and 'Dingles' but if you venture out of the High Street you will be surprised!! In Gandy St a great ladies shop called 'Attitude' selling designer funky nightclub and smart wear. They help adjust all measurements to fit you and you will be guaranteed to turn up somewhere with noone wearing the same as you! Also there is Willy's a man and womans shop specialising in designer wear, D&G and Versace!! Very posh!! If you venture down to Fore Street there are some great clothes shop hidden away, very specialised, and also down this way is Feathers of Isca which make great ball gowns and wedding outfits!
- Boarding House, also new sk8 shop in Gandi Street. Pandemonium (rave), Bartholomew Arcade, Fore Street. Rockafellas (Harry Hardcore), Lower North Street. The Boarding House. Gap, High Street.
- River Island, Oasis, some fantastic boutiques down Gandy Street.
