Anyone remember Lesley? She lived at #2? Arundel Drive Fareham in the 1960's, we used to go to the youth club together at Sarisbury Green on Sunday eves with others from the Fareham area,would love to know how/where she is now,thanks Rob.

I'm trying to find a girl I used to live across the road from in Crawford Drive Fareham Hampshire circa 1972/3.

I lived at 9 Crawford Drive with my mother and having spoken to neighbours who have lived at the same house next door since that time Karen's surname according to them might have been Lang or Lange (don't know the spelling.

Trying to locate husband's brother, Peter Jeffery born around 1945 give or take a few years. Husband Ian Francis Jeffery (now Welch) born 1942 to mother Stella Florence Jeffery born 1908 in Wiltshire, father unknown.
Peter was brought up in children's home, briefly returned to family (mother, brother and step father) in the late 1950s early 1960s, then living in Curdridge, left home lost touch.

I was in Mr Geary's class from 81-85 with the likes of Russell Collins, Ian Douglas, Donna Quigley, Trisha Hazley, Claire Hinchley, Mike Light. Just done a visit back home, I see there's still a lot of indifferance & alack of community in the social structure ! Glad I fucked off ! Which is a shame as my boyhood memories of Fareham & Gosport are good ones.
I see the council have done sod all about the A32, better to charge parking & walk the 4 miles between G&F !! Progress ain't been kind to the place has it ? What in the name of arse ar... more >>

    With regard to the Bishopsfield website, the Webmaster pulled the plug on it about two years ago. Got sick of the whole thing, many bad memories awakened etc. The continued existance of that website was an insult to every poor sod who had ever had a hard time there.

    On the subject of Fareham in the early 21st century, what a scary CHAV infested place the town centre is now!

    I remember Harrison Road, and the move to Bishopsfield, we used to live in Beaufort Ave in the early 60's, have not been back to Fareham since 1967 when i joined HMS Ganges. Some names come to mind like Linda Eggelstone, Micheal Almond, Bluebell Tunnel playing in the tunnel and ther wood with derelict cottage.
