Favourite Building in Farnborough, Hampshire*
Art deco, contemporary, futuristic, tall, short...
You can tell us more about Farnborough.
Favourite Building
- The Hub, IQ Farnborough
- The one that hasn't burnt down/been vandalised/been pissed on yet. In other words, the priory.
- St Peter's Church (and ajoining school) for sheer unbelievable oldness. Farnborough Hill for gothic creepyness.
- Ferneberga House
- the bog
- Student village which was nicely hidden away by trees in front of the total garage. Grotty as it was, had some fantastic times there. Alas, the land has been handed back MoD, who will or has given it to TAG aviation. Thieving arogant gits.
Farnborough College of Technology - Its like a long green house
- St Peters Parish, Farnborough Abbey, Farnborough Hill School
- There aint one
- ermmmmmm....
- lemon plaice
- Those old cottages around Farnborough North station.
- Six Form
- Concept 2000 (I am not being original here)
- Farnborough Abbey is delightful, in high summer, seen from the fields behind it looks like the Loire Valley has been dropped in Hampshire. Farnborough Station (main) is a nice Victorian building.
- The Thatched Cottage pub on Prospect Road
- hawley mansion on fernhill road just north of the town.unfortunately the council are building the hawley place estate next to it so it's being demolished
- Dole Office by the clockhouse roundabout ...
- Concept 2000 is pretty special, its like an enormous 3D mirror
- Concept 2000 (HA!)
- Farnborough Abbey - a hulking great edifice that in fact is just Napoleon III's tomb.
