The Best Things
- Quiet talks to the moon at night, with no noisey nosy christian people seeing me!

- the king george the 5th ( the wreck) which is what you do, get wrecked, even when i was a boy (1976)
- The best football team in Ferndown is Forest Inn FC currently riding high in div 3 (N&E) after a successful promotion campaign last season. Home games are played at the 'field of dreams' King George on saturday afternoons. Follow the Forest at intheteam.com, Come on you Purples..............
- Its a fine place, no hassel, little crime, friendly atmosphere, children can play in the streets, you can walk outside at night and all that.
- The common
- By far the best thing about Ferndown is its people - particularly the people who attended Fernown Upper School until 1995 (FUS 95, for those who don't know us). Sadly most of these people have now left the wonderful haven that is Ferndown and have been whisked away to start new lives at various Universities across the country. Fear not, we will all be back at Christmas for a big Reunion at the Best Pub in the Area - The Dudsbury, or as it is now known, the Riverside.
- The best thing is the locality to the sea without having tourists everywhere and overly congested roads like in Bournemouth.
- the people - everyoen is really friendly
