- Cinammon indian restaurant has to be the best place to eat. Several Kebob shops and chinese takeaway. You will not go hungry in Ferndown
- Penny's Sandwich Bar next to Holmans.. Good and friendly
- harry's fish n chips do good chips and battered mars bars, which taste like choc donuts
- Ashleys chip shop is the best. Friendly service!! Good Kebab take away shop as well.
- Harry's is the best fish and chip shop around, ashley's is no longer asheley's because he has sold the shop to someone else.
- Harry's Fish and Chip shop is now the best in Ferndown. Try the pasties. Superb
- Harrys fish and chips in Ringwood road. Megna Balti in Glenmoor road. Turbary fish and chips at Trickets Cross.
- Good sized Tesco's in the town centre, excellent Sainsbury's just out of town.
- Loads of it 3 chinese takeaway's (watch the one in ringwood road) 3 indians (all good) loads of chippies - Ashleys is the best by far! Also pizza shop and italian resturant all good All the puubs do good food
