loved the message about how boring finedon is. I know first hand about the twats who like to call themselves concerned citizens! Bit sad about the removal of the toilets in the rec ( lots of experiences had in there ! ) Left 10 + years ago anyone 25 to 30 still around??

After a road traffic accident today I was assisted by some marvelous men who were setting up temporary traffic lights and road signs in Berkshire however they told me they were from Finedon and the name on their lorry was Chevron. Does anyone know this company because I would dearly like to write and thank them however yell.com cannot locate them. Can anyone help please?

I am looking for information of a John Thomas Crabbe from freshwater, Isle of Wight. He was in the Royal Navy on board the HMS Shackleton, around 1959-62? His mother's first name was Joyce. He was friendly with a Bob Mitchell and Geoff Cleary. I believe he now resides in the Northants area. I hope someone remembers him and knows where to find him to pass this information.
