- Everyone knows everyone in this town!! its like gossip central sometimes...

Ancells Farm is the nicest esate in Fleet

Right angled street pattern (handy when pissed).
Dead safe, but the spectre of hundreds of lippied-up mini-skirted 12 year old girls roaming the streets may be a little alarming.
- Urm, is there any really. Well maybee the house prices if you are selling they have doubled over the last 10 years.
- Fleet Carnival, close locality of pubs. You know where you stand, everyone knows each other - safety in numbers etc. Quite a friendly town, honest.
- In the evening and early morning at weekends, there are plenty of pretty faces and bodies of south-coast lasses around (if you can actually see them that is).
The pubs are always having a price war with each other; bad for them, good for us.
- Still relatively safe at night, neatly kept town, you can buy most things but at inflated prices. House prices have risen so much that if you move you can afford to live most anywhere else!
