Skateboarding Spots
- The Key, Elvetham Heath
The Views, Fleet
- skatepark... just look around and see what you can find... www.fleetskateboarding.20m.com for more info
- Fleet got new skatepark just last summer, alright park, gets crowded at weekends though, some cool street spots and car parks round town, car park outside skatepark is ok. The loading bay behind Hart shopping centre is sweet
- Fleet is pretty shit for skatin but there are a few spots to stick some tricks.
1. The Skate Park (The councils just given 30K to extend it)
2. Calthorpe Park School (The courtyard has some nice ledges and the roofs are always good.)
3. Behind Waitrose/Hart Centre (A mental 6/7 set with low roof and the private delivery ramp has phat curbs and a fuckedup bank)
4. EDS Car Park (Varied island and bank gaps and round the front is a nice 4 set)
5. The new Buisness Park by the Station (Has a super smooth always empty underground car park with concrete pillars and some crazy big bank gaps and drops.)
6. Elvetham Heath (SHIT WOT THE FUCK IS THAT PARK! Maybe the worst "skate park" ever but a really nice smooth ledge/bank/gap thing in the car park nearby)
- go to the skatepark to piss of the prople in council offices.
- Behind the Library is where my brother spends most of his time, metal though so they say it is not to good, there are other places about in farnham i think and obviously london. Fleet is not a good place to skate really, not that you would belive it with the number of people meandering in the garb.
- See Hook-Up places. Round the back of the council offices and next to the Views park (big bit of slopy grass - used for the Annual Fleet Carnival (June))
- There used to be a great abandoned warehouse, but it's gone now. Oh well.
- Purpose built facility behind council offices, well used fenced off but viewer friendly
