• Nice to come back to clean air when living in city. Good place to grow up in 1980's mid '90's, similar age groups hadn't been completely brainwashed by Formbys pretences.

• Doves Nest Youth Centre, Library, Shops, Old Persons Homes, Park! JUST EVERYTHING!
• It is comparively safe and clean to other areas
• Formby's fresh air, red squirels
• People, environment, housing
• Everyone knows everyone. It's like the Cheers bar but bigger.

• Loads of playing fields and that pizza place across from The Grapes pub
• Quiet clean, (cleaner than it was 20 years ago), nice place to relax.
• The chippy, the number of pubs
• The beautiful beach and surrounding area. It's lovely place to go for a walk, picnic, etc. and is of no little importance as a wildlife habitat. The nightlife isn't brilliant as you'd expect of a very small town but there's some half decent pubs a bunch of new, good restaurants and reasonble local transport in the area means that Liverpool is well with reach for a proper night out.

• Formby has a great golf course. It is in good company along this golfing coast which includes Royal Birkdale and a few other top class links tracks. A real treat for the golfing enthusiast - not to be missed. In addition there is a delightful nature reserve located in the pinewoods which seperate the town and the beech. Popular with the youngsters, the now rare red squirrels run free.
• Good train service out of here! The beach is now reasonably clean, but don't try swimming! There is a reserve of the endangered Red Sqirrel in the Pine Woods
