• there is some shit hot skatespots in the broch, such as: the paddling pool doon i beach, good for grinds. the slip: pelnty of things to do here two banks and a good ledge. there is some legendary skatespots in the broch like the police station, the monument,the beach,westfield and the youthie set. theres also a heap o good skaters in the broch like russel, matty and freestyle dave(oldskool guys)thomas, scott and duggie

• Most young people hang out in the broadgate, which i don't think is fair. People that want to skateboard should go to the park at the lynx.
• The original skatebowl under the Gray and Adams panel shop. (Is the model still at the table tennis room in the putting green?) God, we campaigned for years for it. And got it. After 24 months, no bugger used it for five years. Surprised ?

• TRY THE MONUMENT AS THATS WHERE ALL THE SKATERS HANG OUT,IF NOT THERE TRY THE BEACH, GOOD BENCHES,THE SKATEPARK IS GETTING ON THE GO, BESIDE THE TENNIS COURTS SO WATCH THIS SPACE!

• The slip is good for skateboarding but ye hiv to go at night because during the day ye get kicked oot by some of the workers.

• the beach is about the best place to skate. there are a 4+5+10 set of stairs,benches and a kerb waxed to fuck.
• the beach is a good sk8n spot for the sk8rs. there is the kerb which is good waxed and the founder of that kerb is Sinky666@hotmail.com, there is steps a 3 stepand a 4 step and i can only dothe 3but hopefully goin onto the 4 . the benches are good for boardslides and 50-50's. the monument is ok !!!

• The funny raised lump ootside the sweetie shop seems to be the fave for gromits at the moment, if only they knew they were skating on top of rat infested, boarded up public toilets.
