- Well positioned close to the A40/M40 means a host of microcelebs live in the environs. Over the years, these have included Cilla Black, Brian Cant, Paul Daniels, Val Doonican, that bloke from Bodie and Doyle, David Coverdale from Whitesnake and Roy Castle.
- Bull hotel is usually the place for them to be seen. Fern Britton, Paul Daniels, Cilla Black. Ok, hardly A list, but better than none.
- Adrian Smith - Guitarist from Iron Maiden, lives there!
- Clare, the well endowed girl who appeared in Big Brother for a week, is from GX and used to work in a florists somewhere.
- Roy Castle (I only saw him once though..)
