• The Belgian Chocolate Company is good, in particular the stunning Scandinavian princess who works there. She rules my dreams with her kittenish gaze.
• The Four Seasons, NEVER gets a mention here in my years of "passing through" This website, God! They have been there for about 12 years!, They have the best selection of fresh fruit and vegetables you could imagine, Steven, Stephen? Who drives for their wholesale side of the business took on the entire shop last year when is parents(just recently found that out duh) had retired after his mum had a heart attack, he bought them out so they could retire, he now has an 18 month old wee boy and his wife has just given birth to twins! Got to take my hat off to them, I hear now that he is currently opening a fishmongers on kempock street yippppee!!! about time!!! God bless you guys I wish you all the very best, They have got to be the best thing in Gourock, Just want to say thankyou, Keep it up!
• Can never get a table in Cafe Continental and staff are so slow
• The Bluebird and Continental Cafes.
• Flava Coffee Shop. Getting very popular; and no wonder - finally you can get away from the nicotine addicts. Does a nice range of speciality teas, coffee, toasties and lots of continental stuff.
• Cafe Flava is the place to go for hot drinks and such! Me and my friends go there every Sunday before going out to our youth club.The staff are friendly and the service is great

• The Ashton cafe was a favourite hang-out in the early 60's. The Continental was considerd too rough for some then.
