Cafes and Coffee Shops
  • EURO KEBAB. 1-2 Stonebridge rd Northfleet. Rocking kebab shop!
  • LOADS
  • Bottom of the High Street at the start of the pier. Forgot the name - sorry [not much of a cafe man really].
  • Most of the places listed here don't exist in Gravesend any more. For a really good cup of coffee and some cake, I always go to that new place opposite the market pillars in the High Street. It's called Philtre and it's really nice.
  • THE QUEENS DINER
  • DONT GO THERE,DONT EXIST.
  • Please go in to these! It's got to be a step up from McDonald's or spitting on the metal benches on the Railway Station so us commuters have to check our arses to make sure some frozen flob hasn't stuck to the seats of our trousers... In my day we used to go to nightclubs even though we were very under-age - believe me, it's a lot more fun!
  • the gr@nd
  • I KNOW IT SOUNDS SILLY BUT THE BP GARAGE ON THE COAST BOUND SIDE OF THE A2 (SPAR )
  • the coffee pot is goooood
  • bnbs cafe
  • There are none cept BBs n that, we want Starbucks! and some chairs that ARNT metal!
  • There's some pretty good ones, but if it's three in the morning try Rochester 24 hour cafe where you're guaranteed to be amazed by the lack of hygiene and \also guaranteed to have strangely coloured diorrhea by 6am. If you've got a car, then try the Oakdene Cafe down the A227 by the M20 junction... "I want to ride my bicycle..."
  • b&bs in st georges or munchies
  • Leonardos
  • the cafe on the prom briiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilliant!!!!!!!
  • the best cafe in kent the one on the prom the icecreams in summer are delish and the fryups are wicked if your not on a diet

  • Hi its not coffee, its a nice piece of cake its that COCACOLAtm feeling its " Starjump " http://www.geocities.com/olderthanvulgar
  • Leonardo's: run by Italians and good grub. Nell's Cafe is sh1te. I ordered a bacon sandwich and the filling was coated in vinegar - I didn't put it on there, so who did?
  • Nells' Cafe is simply the best. Right on the A2, it's accessable without joining the A2, and is a brilliant place to charge yourself up with a full English breakfast, and we're talking FULL. You can customise your breakfast (which is more like dinner) for a very reasonable price and have the classic mug of tea. Plenty of seating, and on a nice day you can even sit outside (although thinking about it, this would be a bit daft, I mean, you can only see the motorway). Love it to bits.
  • BB Muffins!!!!!!!
  • I used to go to comtons cafe in the high street.A good place to meet with a friend. Now it is full of Wallis park scum, Single mothers, and dirty children. the owners are very nice people.Dont go on MONDAYS.SINGLE MUM get paid. Go when place looks empty,
  • Comtons cafe is a good place to met up with a friend. It is big and the owners are very nice.Best to go when th place looks empty.Dont go Mondays thats the day you get the single mothers lots of dirty kid running around, and all the wallis park and denton trouble. Its not what it used to be.HIDE YOU BAGS AND MONEY.
  • This ain't Amsterdam Sanchos - shit food but Didi'scool!
  • Norma's cafe does a nice coffee & the staff are nice too!
  • Smiley café in Manor Road used to be the best breakfast in town, but he’s gone! “Please come back smiley?” The Tele T Bar is just about Ok (although very greasy), but by god has it affected the figures of the family that run place. They are so over wait. Warning to mothers don’t breast feed your children on fried "T Bar Food", just look what has happened to them. They will be in the circus soon.
  • More of these have been built in the St George's Centre, but generally filled with OAPs and stupid twats in suits up from london
  • umm the ST georges café rocks, its very cheap and the coffe in there is nice
  • Mason Hall, The Cafe down Queen Street, or High Street
  • caesars is a great place to have a coffee
  • There is a nice little itallian place type coffee shop in the high street. Also the Bakers oven The Asda cafe is ok too.
  • Comptons
  • There is one in the St Georges centre that hasn't long been open. Or theres Nells Cafe just off da A2.
  • we only have about 60 to choose from
  • St George's Shopping Centre is getting better - cool Cafe bars and meeting places - shame there's no roof yet !!!
  • Comptons, Smilies,
  • I like to go to the Elenor Coffee Shop just to upset the old Birds there. No, actually, it is quite nice.
  • My friend quit Harry's Brassierie so don't go there any more
  • Stay at home...it's cleaner, cheaper and germ free.
  • BB's in the georges The Carousel for a wicked fry up only open on weds, thurs, frids and sats Bon appetite makes awicked baguette
  • More shame, less plugging - Harry's Brasserie does a wicked selection of coffees PLUG PLUG PLUG. And also The new riverside fish bar which is nowhere near the river does a mean saveloy and chips (even if the exterior decorating blinds you at first sight!)
  • its got to be comptons or at least it used to be
  • The new Italian place opposite the library does really nice meals and they do sandwiches and stuff too. They also have a drinks licence.
  • None that are worth going into!
