Clubs (Dance Music) and Music Bars
- very difficult to find.....the council hate people to enjoy themselves
- Went to the opening of ClubRise - brilliant, nice people running it now, trying to offer better class of club dj's were fantastic, certainly goin for New Years Eve. They said they are gonna do over 25's, singles nights too, be nice to have a nice place to go in grays
- FORGET AQUA, FORGET PZAZ, CLUB RISE IS OPENING THURS 8 DECEMBER AT THE QUEENSGATE CENTRE, NEW OWNERS, NEW STRONG DOOR POLICY GREAT FUNKY HOUSE, R & B, OLD SCHOOL AND CLUB CLASSICS...... THE PLACE TO BE IN GRAYS !!!!! AT LAST !!!
- GET READY, NEW CLUB OPENING SOON IN GRAYS, NEW CONCEPT, NEW OWNERS, FOR A REALLY GOOD TIME, GREAT MUSIC, GREAT ATMOSPHERE,NEW SECURITY (NO RIFF RAFF)
WAIT AND SEE, GOOD TIMES ARE COMING OUR WAY!!!
- Pzaz/Rumours/The Base/Aqua.... ALL RUBBISH. Charlestons, £10 to get in then 20p a drink for the night, now closed and frequented by pigeons.
- Jumpin Jacks in BAsildon
- NONE! Pizzaz/Rumours/Aqua is dead forever (huge money pit) Go to Bas Vegas or Romford..Island in the sun.
- Aqua-(formerly rumours) Not worth it on a Thursday nite, just go down the Romford manor and go to a club where DJ FROSTY is playing.
- Good old Pzaz has finally been re-opened as aQua!!! Not much has changed, just a quick lick of paint and the flooding finally pumped out after 3 years. But yet again all the old local's are back and it is definitely the place to be after falling out of the Treacle Mine on a Saturday night drunk.
- No worthwhile clubs in Grays, there used to be a couple of crap ones, but they've both shut.
- Grays Sucks balls always has.. No clubs - You can get to the Tavern if you wish but i would kill yourself after..
- get a taxi, say 'basildon please' then say 'only kidding, i'd rather chew my own leg off than go there', then laugh.
- Pzaz - closed down - best thing really. Some may remeber Charlestons too at the old state theatre.
- Get a taxi, say "Basildon please mate"
