Favourite Building
- snooker club
- Christ Church,Great Lumley. The last place in the village I attended before leaving for Canada in 1955. This was my dad's favourite spot too. He always said that he didn't need one to pray in. He had been a coal miner for years and prayed down the 6th Pit everyday that's why. Back row left side near the wall on one day only- Armistace Day, every year without fail. My favourite building? yes indeed.
- Club Roost (the address of which i'm not gonna post on the 'net)
