Clubs (Dance Music) and Music Bars
- you must be f**king joking!
- Benjamins
- Benjis on a friday if you're lucky enough to get past the nazi bouncers...usually full of old saps though.
- Regular sequence dancing, every Tuesday evening, at Wilson Hall in Colley Gate. I'm sure they do line dancing as well. The large pub in Rumbow hosts over-30s disco nights - can't wait.
- Just to point out that just before it closed 42nd Street ("Dirty 2s") / XS briefly became
- Benjamin's Friday night is good fun, but it *is* an over 30's event.
42s/XS briefly became Discoteque Royale - a strip joint - before it closed.
- Ha don't make me laugh there has'nt been a club in halesowen since crapy 42nd street was pulled down thank god! what a drug hole!
- birmingum
- Sequence dancing takes place at Cradley Labour Club every Tuesday at 2.30pm. Bring your own partner.
- the rose and crown
- There used to be one - XS, previously known as 42nd Street. Unfortunately, the police decided to shut it down, largely because they became aware of the illegal goings-on there.
- a good dance club is at the manorway primary school every tuesday 5.30pm-6.30pm
- The one club in Halesowen changed management several times before winding up under the guise of XS, which was subsequently busted by the Feds for a cacophony of 'dodgy' activities.
- Benjamin's, near the swimming pool opens on Friday's to the public with a Disco and 1AM licence.
- We did have a club once, but it doubled as a hive for drug pushers and prostitution. The police decided that keeping it open wasn't a good thing.
There's always the number 9 bus route that takes 20 minutes to get to Broad Street in Birmingham, where all the decent bar and clubs are.
Or there's a bus route to Dudley, where indie/punk clubs such as JB's exist, sadly.
