• i moved to harlow from enfield, north london 4 years ago, its the bestthing i ever did! to those of you who talk about thugs and gangs roaming around harlow, you haven't seen anything untill you have lived in london, thats when you know what a gang is. i didn't want my children to grow up seeing the things ive seen.Harlow's a place where kids are kids and not wanna be gangsters! the people say good morning to you when you walk down the street and there a great community spirit. Yes bad things do happen in Harlow, its not perfect, no place is. the people of harlow may not be the richest, or the best dressed or have the lowest crime rate but the majority of people look after each other and respect each other and bring there children up right. i was born and raised in north london, but moving away was the best thing i ever did, because of my personal circumstances i had to leave Harlow, my children still attend school there and are doing extreamly well (above avarage) and i can't wait to take up residence in Harlow again, in fact it can't happen quick enough for me.

• unfortunately i have lived in this pigsty for 43 years ,in that time i have been stabbed with a carving knife by a care in community neighbour from hell and have had very bad neighbours where ever i have lived in this town.it really hits home just how scummy harlow is when you happen to visit a nice place like stortford or epping for the day,but this only serves to make things worse when you have to come back to harlow.yes paedophilles are all over this awfull town ,the police are worse than useless and will always arrest the innocent one, i was mugged in 2007 by 8 teenagers and because i dared to fight back some stupid little 5 foot tart dressed as a copper decided because i was taller and older than the 8 little angels that i must be to blame and they nicked me!honestly ,dont take any notice of anyone who says harlow is nice.

• Arlow is a wonderful town west of essex. if ya very lucky ya can find a decent pub or club holding karaoke nights.there are lots of really good karaoke shows around my favourite are Sounz shockin Entertainment. they still live in Harlow and to my knowledge have never had TIGERMAN at any of their shows. Sounz Shockin comprise of a husband and wife act ( shes better looking than him ) not sure what their names are but well worth going to see and have a song. if any one knows how to get in touch please let us know
• has to be old cheeks nightclub building next to Harlow Mill station. The nightclub closed in 1987 because so many local residents complained about the noise and drunks causing problems. But it was a great place to explore if you were 12 or 13. Unfortunately after a fire the old building was knocked down in the 90s and a car dealership was built in it place

• The Harvey center is a must for all those to young for the Harlow "night life" many happy hours spent watching the boys set off small fireworks and egging cars from the car park roof!!!!
• Kingsmoor school playground and feild is full of horny teenagrs after 7.30pm discovering vodka, so if your not doing anything and feel like being taken back to your youth thats the place to be.

Young teens can hang around the car park in their dozens or (as on one occasion) hundreds damaging cars and forcing wheel-spins on their best mates' white Ford Escort with the stereotypical and obligatory spoiler on back which they bought with their lowered suspension, loud radio and furry dice.
