Skateboarding Spots
- People dont seem to skate round here. Finsbury Park sees a smattering of them just occasionally. Down by the railway line near the Endymion Road gates. I think.
- Sainsbury's,in Haringay Green Lanes has become a spot for local skaters and there is now a flyoff ramp and a rail. curbs at the top of the car park are ground down and good for grinds and slides. watch out for the boy racers who drive around. no problems with security as long as you dont skate to near the shopping center and dont get in the way of incomming traffic.
- Harringay Civic Centre in Wood Green has a small set of three with a pavement clearance if you dare- although there is a good run up. There is also a set of five with a handrail if you don't mind a short approach.Beware of the rude boys who want to know how much your board costs.
