Cinemas
  • If you want retro and arty chic head to the Old Town to the Electric Palace cinema on the High St...it's gorgeous and has a bar with alcohol, fresh coffee, organic snacks and your favourite old skool ones too!
  • There's a small Odeon. Its expensive! If you don't have to see something mainstream, go to the electric palace in the old town.
  • Cinema in the town centre.. 5 screens I think. it's alright, nothing special.
  • The Electric Palace in the Old Town shows interesting films - locally made, old black and whites, European and art house. It only has 60 seats and has a great atmosphere.
  • all refurbished and air conditioned, well worth seeing a film there even if the screens are a bitpokey!!!!
  • Our Odeon is PANTS. So expiencive. I find it diff to just go and 'see a movie' now. Not that there's much on anyway. And its not much different from the ABC as ITS THE SAME PLACE!!! the popcorns bad too! >:-(
  • the cinema is great, go and c a film that ends @ midnite ull get in 2 neflim rftr that (im 14 and i saw the passion of the christ)
  • It's just been re furbished as an Odeon. It's passable I guess
  • the oden in hastings is ok but still... if your a student go to the 1 in eastbourne with your buy 1 get 1 free ticket things...god bless that nus card of mine
  • excellent new 'arthouse' style cinema in the old town with many alternative films shown each week, called the electric palace £4 or £3 concessions, definitely worth a visit
  • The odeon is quite good but a bit on the expensive side
  • only one. find it yourself. even better go to a decent one in Bexhill
  • There's only one and that's not very good
  • ODEON,BEXHIL BOWLING RAVENSIDE WHICH USED TO BE GLYNE GAP,
  • There is no venue like opposite the Hastings Town Hall. After a good film I would like to see a good small town soap opera. The Labour Council - the great pretenders !
  • 1, which is gettin a lot better...
  • cinema has changed 2 an odean and now charges £5.00!!! it also has no disabled facilities which makes it impossible 4 sum people 2 go there as 2 get 2 the screen u hav 2 go up stairs!
  • Cinema = 1. Currently being refurbished by Odeon so hopefully some improvements coming soon. Still kinda small, though.
  • Odeons not too bad for lazy film fans. Just don't expect all the recent releases. Student prices. Arcades in abundance if you don't mind working your way through the assorted juveniles with caps and the 'hippest' sports gear.
  • ABC-not worth going to really. Get a max-movie pass for about £14 to go to eastbourne cinema for free for a month!
  • the cinema is real shitty but we have a kool place like quazar called LAZERMAZE in robertson street
  • ABC Cinema, Queens Road (A bit tatty)
