• Ocean House on London Rd....bloody eye sore! Though really good to abseil down!
• Farley Bank!!! Its going to happen!!
• McDonalds and Iceland.
• MFI on the way in from the West is just awful
• The Ocean building in london road. Nasty.
• McDonalds.
• The new "Mc Donalds style" buiding on the prom opposite the Marine Court.

• As I write (Aug 05) almost all the old grotty buildings have been done up - the hotel on the seafront where JRs was has been turned into flats and a chinese restaurant and the Marlborouogh hotel has been rebuilt. Hastings has really smartened up over the last couple of years.
• The Nelson pub (old town)
• the ols telecom building( takes up half the town center)
• The MFI building and that monstrosity that houses Argos, Italian Way etc. The fairground.
• priory meadow
• end of the white rock - big newish building two storeys higher than any thing around it - why did they let them build such a high building in such a lovely area!?!
• they want to build a large wooden slug across from the winkle monument. I live near there and don't want to see this slug every day. The Town Coucil and 'the slug supporters' think it's in some way modern and site specific but I say its a pile of crap and anyway every building that architect designed looks just the same so how can it be site specific. Oppose The Slug now if you like sitting outside the Mermaid in the sunlight!

• Destroy the Tall Ugly grey building next to Iceland
• most of them. especcially the g-spot
• The town hall when the council has a full meeting - corrupt bastards the lot of 'em
• St.Leonards Football ground (all of it)
• The Clown, the pub down an alley near the cinema, flatten it and make sure that it is not empty!
• most of em........
• ice skating rink-don't flatten it-do it up!!!!!!!!!!
• JR's - old nightclub with too much of a tainted past. And a bastard owner...
• The place where people get dole.It`s too far away (I know)Ashdown House , almost a "BORG" collective /opps. place. Good manners would be to hide it /somewhere, Polite.
• hastings town hall!!!!!
• The whole town needs an atom bomb. It looks as though its been dropped already!
• Shopping Centre
• The marlbough hotel that stands on the corner of warrior sq and normans Rd. Still remains a eyesore to this day.
• MFI on Bexhill Road.Its a monstrosity and not what we wish to see on arriving at Hastings and St Leonards.
• MFI Building (once voted worst building in Britain)
